new blog

a few days ago i made a facebook post which gave me the idea for a new blog. the more i thought about it, the more i loved the idea i was having. one of the interesting aspects of my idea though was that i had previously made several posts on my existing blog, as well as several unpublished partial posts, and several previous facebook posts too, which in my mind would all actually be better served by the format of the new blog that i had in mind. so, after hemming and hawing, i decided to go ahead and create this new blog! -- 

regarding the old content, i decided to go back through the last 4+ years or so and transfer all of those old posts, that i think have a better home here, onto this medium. thus, this post, my 1st post of this blog, actually also serves as the blog's 111th post! -- 

so, if you're so inclined, peruse back through the last near half decade of my thoughts (and maybe even add a comment or two) - all the usual topics are included: movies, tv, politics, sports, music, comics/super heroes, and of course food! - and also feel free to check back in to see future new additions!
